Email kontakt@x-peptides.com with your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You can also use our withdrawal form template below.
You’ll receive a confirmation email from us promptly.
We’ll refund all payments (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days, using your original payment method.

How to file a complaint

What to include
- Your full name, address, and email
- Order or shipment number
- A clear description of the problem
- Proof of shipment (waybill), if the complaint concerns delivery
- Any documents supporting your claim
What happens next
Consumer Dispute Resolution
If you’re a consumer and we couldn’t resolve your issue directly, you have several out-of-court options available:
- Apply to a permanent consumer arbitration court (under Art. 37 of the Trade Inspection Act)
- Seek free help from your local consumer ombudsman or a consumer organization
- Request mediation through the Provincial Inspector of Trade Inspection
