1. General Provisions

  2. Users may post a product review after logging into their account or providing an email address in the review form.

2. No Verification of Reviews (Omnibus Directive Disclosure)

  1. The Administrator informs that reviews published on the website ARE NOT verified to confirm whether the user has actually purchased or used the reviewed product.
  2. Reviews are collected from both registered customers and website visitors who provide their email addresses.
  3. The Administrator does not guarantee that published reviews originate from consumers who have acquired the product.

3. Content Guidelines

  1. Reviews should solely relate to the features or performance of the specific product.
  2. It is prohibited to post reviews that:
    • Contain vulgar, offensive, or defamatory language, or violate the personal rights of third parties.
    • Constitute spam or promote other websites, companies, or products.
    • Contain personal data of third parties.
    • Provide medical advice or attribute medicinal properties to products in a manner inconsistent with applicable law (this applies particularly to dietary supplements and research chemicals).
  3. The Administrator reserves the right to refuse publication or remove any review that violates these rules without providing a reason.

4. Copyright and Licensing

  1. By submitting a review, the User grants the Administrator a royalty-free, non-exclusive, and perpetual license to publish, store, and display the content on the store’s website.

5. Data Protection (GDPR)

  1. Providing an email address or creating an account is necessary to submit a review. This data is processed for the purpose of publishing the review and preventing abuse (e.g., spam).
