How to return your order

Send us a withdrawal statement
Email kontakt@x-peptides.com with your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You can also use our withdrawal form template below.

We confirm receipt
You’ll receive a confirmation email from us promptly.

Get your refund
We’ll refund all payments (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days, using your original payment method.
Good to know: To meet the deadline, just make sure you send your withdrawal statement within the 14-day period — that’s all that matters, even if the return shipment arrives later.

How to file a complaint

What to include

  • Your full name, address, and email
  • Order or shipment number
  • A clear description of the problem
  • Proof of shipment (waybill), if the complaint concerns delivery
  • Any documents supporting your claim

What happens next

We review your complaint within 14 days.

If we need additional information, we’ll let you know — you’ll have 14 days to provide it.

If the complaint is accepted, the refund will be transferred to your bank account within 30 days.
Good to know: Filing and processing complaints is always free of charge. Delivery-related complaints are forwarded to the carrier on your behalf.

Consumer Dispute Resolution

If you’re a consumer and we couldn’t resolve your issue directly, you have several out-of-court options available:

  • If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also use available out-of-court dispute resolution procedures in your country of residence. Information on consumer dispute resolution is available from the relevant consumer protection authority in your country.
